Description: The Baltimore County African American Cultural and Historical Festival highlights the heritage of Baltimore County’s African Americans.

Throughout the day guests are treated to three stages of entertainment, the most comprehensive display on African American history in Baltimore County compiled by author Louis Diggs, and informational kiosks covering topics ranging from child care services to aging.

The festival also includes dance, music, art, poetry, historical exhibits, children’s activities, a health and wellness village, financial empowerment zone, food, vendors of all types and much more. The festival culminates with our nationally renowned featured musical act on the main stage. Check back often for updates on this year’s festival.
